Seasonal Wellness Self-Reflection Guide

OVERVIEW

The quality of your health and well-being relies significantly on your ability to evaluate how well you’re investing in the most important areas of your life, and identify actions you want to take to move closer to the vibrant and connected life you crave. Taking time away to formally consider how you’re spending your time, how you’re really doing, where you’re headed, and how you want to move forward is a powerful self-reflection practice.

We created this Luminary Seasonal Wellness Self-Reflection Guide to help us all slow down and improve and invest in our health and wellbeing. We recommend carving out some space on your calendar at least quarterly to complete this guide- before the start of each new season.

We invite you treat yourself to an hour or more to reflect on these questions. Find a peaceful place to think and write where you won’t be distracted. This could be in a quiet corner of your home, a coffee shop with earbuds in, a park bench, or a special spot on a blanket near a river or forested path. Turn off your notifications and any unnecessary apps on your devices. Let your work and loved ones know you’ll be unavailable for a period of time. Give your life the valuable gift of your fullest attention. We wish you vibrant health and a purpose centered life!

With love,

Cara + Amber
