What are your goals for healthier living in 2019 and how are you going to achieve this?
Molly Steber: I am going to strive to eat little to no processed food and I am going to achieve this by not buying it in the first place.
Teal Ericson: I have started eating breakfast when, previously, I was not a breakfast person. I am going to continue with this. I make a veggie, fruit, and kale smoothie, and I feel so much better starting my morning this way. I am going to continue to achieve this because it is quick and easy and I have a great blender which is fun to use.
Kimberly Macy: I am going to eat more fruits and veggies and less processed foods and this will start with the choices I make at the grocery store.
Andrea Morris: I am going to get back into shape after having my baby girl at the end of February 2019. Some of the ways that I am planning to get back into shape are to focus on cardio exercise and hiking which is fun for me.
Teresa Sydow: I am going to make exercise a priority for me and make sure I get it done daily. I am going to achieve this by making myself accountable and setting the goal of competing in the April San Diego crew race.
