1/2-1/3 cup berries (organic if possible)
4-6 oz coconut milk or coconut cream
4 leaves romaine lettuce or 2 cups arugula or 1 cup sprouts
1 oz olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
Vanilla extract to taste
Optional sweetener – stevia to taste or Xylitol or coconut syrup
8 oz filtered water
*may add ice if you like it colder/thicker*
