We chose the name “LiveWell” because this goes beyond just physical wellness. We want this program to support everyone who works here physically, mentally and emotionally. BUT, foundation is key. Whereas January and February were meant to “start strong,” we envisioned March to be about “being Mindful.” Mindfulness can translate to the physical body (i.e. a yoga practice) or it can also be a mental pause (i.e. meditation, prayer, etc.). “Mindful March” will be the next theme for the LiveWell@sacda program. We hope you can bridge the mind, body connection through 30 days of yoga, meditation and little reminders to be present along the way. More than ever, we deserve to take a break, a pause, a breath. We are worth it!
This March you all will receive a FREE month at Zuda Yoga located in Midtown! You can read more about them below. The yoga studio offers classes for various levels of students and also a lot of time options.
Your 30 days officially begins on March 1, 2018 and will end March 31, 2018.
