Here at LiveWell, we hope to gently introduce this practice of yoga to you in a way that can be accessible to all.

It is a vinyasa style class which links breath and movement. A moving meditation of sorts. Regardless of whether it is an hour of moving your body or sitting still, what we find is an opportunity to change our perspective. To interrupt your day in an effort to flip the script. When we move our physical bodies, we can change our mindsets.

If its your first time, know that we have all been a beginner before.

About Your Instructor

Jennifer Tucker is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor. She currently teaches at Zuda Yoga located in Midtown. She has been a teacher for 9 years and a practitioner for over 15 years. She has also worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Sac DA’s office for over 10 years and is currently in the Special Investigations Unit.
