Join Jennifer Tucker for an hour long yoga session. Jen is a certified yoga teacher and guide. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 13 years.
NOTE: Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
This class will be a power vinyasa style class.
*A beginner’s class will be offered at a later date, however modifications will be demonstrated and encouraged!
