SAC DA – MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Mentorship

Mentorship is a powerful tool in helping people reach their full potential. It involves connecting an experienced and knowledgeable mentor to someone who is looking to learn and grow. The mentor provides guidance, support, and advice to help the mentee reach their goals.

Mentorship is a two-way process and both mentor and mentee should be committed to the relationship in order to get the most out of it.

Mental Health Program

Mental health is an important part of overall health and wellbeing. It involves maintaining a positive outlook, managing stress, and understanding how to cope with difficult emotions. Peer Support
